Job Title: Supplier Development Quality Engineer

Location: Scarborough, ME

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

Seeking a Supplier Development Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support supplier qualification, onboarding, and readiness activities.
Monitor supplier performance, PPM, defects, yield, and quality trends.
Manage supplier nonconformances, corrective actions, and CAPA.
Lead RCA and drive timely supplier corrective actions through closure.
Support incoming inspection procedures and risk-based inspection strategies.
Identify supplier risks and opportunities for process improvement.
Manage supplier change control and risk assessments.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2 4 years of Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related experience.
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices.
Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
