Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site Salesperson role based in Warner Robins, GA. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate Alfa products and services. Responsibilities include generating new business through networking and outreach, handling inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, and guiding customers through policy selection and enrollment. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following up on leads, conducting policy reviews, and supporting customers with questions, changes, and renewals. The Salesperson will collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets while delivering a high level of customer care and professionalism. Qualifications Customer service and relationship‑building skills, including the ability to listen, understand needs, and provide clear, helpful guidance. Sales and negotiation skills focused on prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing new and renewal business ethically and effectively. Communication skills, including strong verbal and written abilities and confidence in face‑to‑face and phone interactions. Organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple leads, follow‑ups, and documentation with attention to detail. Basic digital literacy, including use of CRM or agency management systems, email, and standard office software. Ability to work on‑site in Warner Robins, GA, with a professional demeanor and business‑appropriate presentation. High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
