Director Of Nursing (Don)Location: Champaign-Urbana, Illinois Area Compensation: $95,000–$100,000 per year Employment Type: Full-TimeA well-established skilled nursing facility in the Champaign-Urbana area is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director Of Nursing (Don) to lead its nursing department and support the delivery of high-quality resident care.The Director Of Nursing will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, support regulatory compliance, and help develop a strong, collaborative nursing team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to the nursing department.Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.Promote compliance with applicable federal, state, and facility regulations.Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, and resident care plans.Assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, training, and performance management.Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.Maintain appropriate documentation and support survey readiness.Promote a positive, professional, and resident-centered culture.Respond appropriately to clinical concerns and changing resident needs.QualificationsCurrent Illinois Registered Nurse (Rn) license in good standing.Nursing leadership or management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals.Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.BenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid vacationPaid sick timePaid holidays401(k) retirement planThis is an excellent opportunity for a nursing leader who is looking to make a meaningful impact on resident care while leading and developing a dedicated clinical team.To apply: Please submit your resume for consideration.
