365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers based in Tuscaloosa, AL for a paid 4- to 6-week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes across the Southeast and Eastern U.S. Candidates should be ready to build safe driving habits and move into a steady solo role.

Details and benefits:

• Paid 4- to 6-week mentor training with an experienced driver
• $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training

Route and role responsibilities:

• Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
• Transition into solo regional assignments after training
• Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Southeast and Eastern U.S.
• Follow Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over-the-road experience required
