Experienced Personal Caregiver Opportunities

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking experienced Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Caregiver who brings hands-on experience, professionalism, and a true passion for providing high-quality in-home care.

Competitive pay: $20–$22/hour, depending on Caregiver experience and certification. Benefits include:

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services as a professional Caregiver, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship
• Work primarily in clients' homes while following individualized care plans
• Communicate clearly with the care team to ensure consistent, quality Caregiver support

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Caregiver, HCA, or CNA strongly preferred
• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required (we pay for your training)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Honest, dependable, and compassionate Caregiver with a commitment to helping others
