Welder PositionWe are seeking a skilled welder with experience in MIG and TIG welding of both aluminum and steel components. This position plays a critical role in fabricating quality products to exact specifications.Key responsibilities include:Set up and operate MIG/TIG welding equipment according to production schedules.Adjust machine settings to ensure proper weld quality and product conformance.Weld and assemble components using samples, blueprints, or work instructions.Conduct destructive weld testing as required.Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.Create samples and prototypes for new products.Complete necessary documentation and records accurately.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized 5S-compliant work environment.Report any machine or tooling issues to the Production Manager.Adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.Required skills and experience include:Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and calibrated measuring tools.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic math and reading comprehension.Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and material handling.Flexibility to work overtime on short notice.Preferred qualifications:1–3 years of hands-on MIG/TIG welding experience.Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.Education:High School Diploma or GED required.Why join us?Competitive starting pay based on experience.Supportive team environment.Opportunity to work with a growing company and develop new skills.Strong safety culture with consistent work schedules.Join a team where craftsmanship, precision, and safety are valued—apply today and take advantage of our $1,400 sign-on bonus!
