Upon completion of training, candidates will take on a leadership role in a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Responsibilities: Leading the day-to-day operations of the shift, including assigning Team Members in their positions, managing operational bottlenecks, and addressing guest concerns Setting goals for Team Members and coaching toward continuous improvement Overseeing daily operational systems, like shift checklists, food safety and quality assessments, and catering preparation Stewarding resources by monitoring labor costs and coaching behaviors that impact food cost implement and hold the team accountable to systems that insure quality and customer experience embody Chick-fil-A standards Meeting weekly with a Director to set shift goals and personal development goals in a one-on-one Requirements: Must be 18+ years old.
