Project Manager - Data Center (Omaha Metropolitan Area)

We're looking for a Project Manager who is precise, relentlessly accountable, and fluent in the demands of mission critical construction — someone who treats uptime as non-negotiable, because for our clients, it is.

The title is Project Manager. The real job is delivering critical infrastructure that cannot fail — on schedule, to spec, without compromise.

This position is based in Omaha, NE and requires working on-site. We're looking for candidates local to the area or willing to relocate; relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate

· Own the outcome — full ownership of mission critical projects, from kickoff through closeout.

· Drive execution — hold the line on schedule, budget, and quality where downtime is not an option.

· Get ahead of risk — especially around commissioning, redundancy, and live-environment work.

· Coordinate the complexity — align superintendents, MEP trades, and commissioning agents on one schedule.

· Manage with precision — contracts, cost controls, and reporting with zero surprises.

· Deepen client trust — relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients that drive repeat work.

· Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, plus 8+ years in commercial construction, including 3+ as a PM.

· Data center or mission critical project experience strongly preferred.

· Working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and redundancy standards (N+1, 2N).

· Strong command of budgets, contracts, and project controls in high-stakes, schedule-driven environments.

· Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a strong plus.

We hire for character as much as credentials — passionate, dedicated, thorough, and respectful, without exception.
