LPN Licensed Practical Nurse - Days
Join our dedicated team at Nightingale at Monticello, a trusted provider of skilled nursing services, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our days/nights shift.
Job Summary:
As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting a positive and safe environment, and fostering a culture of compassion and respect. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team, working 7a-7p shifts.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and professionalism
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN Supervisor or DON
Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan updates
Promote a safe, positive, resident-centered environment
Requirements:
Active Arkansas LPN license
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident dignity
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive care environment
