What You'll Do
- Step in to support residential homes as needed
- Assist with daily living activities and routines
- Help with community outings and appointments
- Provide a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
- Follow care plans and document services provided
You may be filling a shiftbut you're still changing a life.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and adaptable
- Comfortable working in different homes/teams
- Positive, professional, and compassionate
- Able to jump in and support where needed
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
- Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass BCII Background Check
- CPR/First Aid Certification (required)
- Med Pass I (required)
- Willing to travel within Akron & surrounding areas
