(Nasdaq: RMNI), a Russell 2000 Company, is a proven, trusted global provider of end-to-end, mission-critical enterprise software support, managed services and innovative Agentic AI ERP solutions, and is the leading third-party support provider for Oracle, SAP and VMware software.Our comprehensive portfolio of unified solutions help run, manage, support, customize, configure, connect, protect, monitor, and optimize enterprise application, database and technology software, enabling our clients to achieve better business outcomes, significantly reduce costs and reallocate resources towards strategic projects.The Company has signed thousands of contracts with Fortune Global 100, Fortune 500, midmarket, public sector and government organizations who selected Rimini Street as their trusted, proven mission-critical enterprise software solutions provider and achieved better operational outcomes, realized billions of US dollars in savings and funded AI and other innovation investments.**Position Summary****Essential Duties & Responsibilities****Achieve and Exceed Sales Quotas*** Consistently deliver quarterly and annual sales targets across AI‑powered ERP solutions, modernization services, and AI project team offerings.* Win net‑new enterprise logos and expand adoption within the existing installed base.* Provide reliable, transparent forecasts that enable effective planning by Sales Management and Regional GMs.* Lead and orchestrate the sales cycle in collaboration with Sales Engineering, AI Teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Finance.* Support go‑to‑market initiatives to launch new AI and ERP offerings across geographies and industries.**Proactively Build New Pipeline & Create AI‑Driven ERP Demand*** Execute a world-class **outbound motion**, including proactive calling, targeted outreach, account planning, and executive engagement.* Build and nurture relationships with **CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and ERP/IT leaders** to establish Rimini Street as a strategic transformation partner.* Develop and qualify opportunities for Agentic AI ERP, ERP modernization, AI-enabled automation use cases, and AI engineering teams.* Confidently **challenge the status quo**, addressing entrenched assumptions about traditional ERP roadmaps, upgrade cycles, integrations, and cost structures.* Customize persuasive presentations and business cases that demonstrate ROI and competitive differentiation.* Leverage LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern digital selling tactics to maximize reach.* Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and opportunity management in Salesforce and Clari.**Drive Growth Within the Installed Base*** Expand current relationships by introducing AI teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, and ERP modernization initiatives that increase efficiency and innovation.* Grow adoption of Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, and new AI-led capabilities.* Present next-generation ERP use cases, integrations, and automation strategies that expand value for existing clients.* Partner with Renewals to support retention and long-term client transformation journeys.**Expertise in Selling AI Teams & ERP Ecosystem Solutions*** Demonstrate success selling **AI engineering teams, AI project teams, Forward Deployment Engineers**, and technical squads that embed within client organizations.* Sell **third‑party ERP applications**, add‑ons, and integration services that extend or modernize legacy ERP platforms.* Identify and articulate opportunities to modernize ERP ecosystems through AI-enabled workflows, interoperability improvements, and platform integration.**What Success Looks Like**Top-performing SAIEs will:* Build a continually growing, high-quality pipeline through disciplined outbound work.* Confidently engage and influence senior executives on ERP strategy and AI transformation.* Unlock meaningful expansion revenue within the existing installed base.* Demonstrate mastery of AI-driven ERP modernization and multi‑vendor ERP ecosystems.* Serve as strategic advisors who help customers innovate faster, reduce cost, and reshape their ERP future.**Experience*** 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions to large organizations, including Support, Managed Services, AI engineering teams, and Professional Services.* Proven ability to engage C‑suite executives, challenge legacy thinking, and proactively drive new opportunity through disciplined outbound prospecting.* Additional experience selling third‑party ERP applications, integrations, and modernization services is essential.**Education**Bachelor’s degree or equivalent**Location**Remote -
