Location: Roswell GA Skill: Windows Powershell Scripting

Job Duties

• Provides daily system support (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of the EtQ Reliance tool.
• Troubleshoots system issues with users and works with them to solve the issues, as well as the software vendors when necessary.
• Performs a number of system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
• Assists with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
• Creates and executes test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
• Assists with software validation and change control activities.
• Assists with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
• Assists with the development of training materials.

Required and Preferred Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Passionate about their work and with helping others succeed; a team player.
• Experienced with system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause.
• Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• SQL experience required.
• Past scripting experience preferred (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Vbscript).
• SharePoint experience preferred.
