Field Recruitment & Community Engagement Lead

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Recruitment & Community Coordinator (In-Field Recruiters) to lead outreach, community engagement, and annual student recruitment plans across the region. The role focuses on on‑the‑ground acquisition, relationship building with partners, and meeting weekly targets. The RCC should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, with flexible hours including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
