WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Lead and develop a team of 4
• Report directly to the owner, with no layers in between
• Month-end close and job costing
• The 13-week cash-flow forecast the owner uses to steer the company
• AR/AP, audit and tax readiness
• Selection and rollout of new ERP / job-cost software

YOU MIGHT BE READY IF

• You've hit the ceiling where you are
• You're tired of building reports nobody reads
• You want a seat at the table, not a ticket in the queue
• You're a Senior Accountant or Assistant Controller ready to step up, or an Accounting Manager ready for real influence

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7+ years accounting experience
• 3+ years leading a team
• Month-end close
• Job costing
• Advanced Excel
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

NICE TO HAVE

• QuickBooks, Sage, Viewpoint, Foundation or similar ERP
• Construction, building materials, manufacturing or distribution background
• ERP implementation
• Unit cost accounting
• CPA
