The primary responsibilities of in‑store management are to manage sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members’ personal development to ensure customers receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous retail management experience. Physical requirement: the ability to lift 50 pounds consistently, and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during a shift.
