Shift and Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM- $17.00 – $19.75/hour

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM - $18.75 – $21.40/hour

Join Our Team as an Assembler!

We’re looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join our growing team! As an Assembler , you’ll play a key role in building high-quality truck components by assembling parts, subassemblies, and accessories using tools and technical drawings.

What You'll Do

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulic systems onto trucks

• Use power tools, wrenches, and machinery to complete builds

• Drill holes and prep components for proper installation

• Operate equipment such as torches, plasma cutters, and grinders

• Read blueprints and measurements to position parts accurately

• Install accessories like decals, mud flaps, and cameras

• Lift and stack completed components (up to 35 lbs)

• Support production needs by working across different assembly areas

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shippensburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.40/hr.
