Med Surg RN (Nights) - Travel Contract

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

This position requires night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, including alternating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Med Surg RN for a travel contract role. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cerner and strong clinical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
• Maintain documentation in Cerner accurately and timely.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN License.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Cerner EMR.
• Permanent address must be located over 50 miles from the facility.
