Flex day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Primarily caring for adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric patients. Opportunity to serve as Charge RN when needed. Gain valuable Critical Access Client experience with a broad scope of practice including medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and occasional pediatric care. Work alongside a collaborative and supportive nursing team. You will coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of patients and practice at the top of your license. Using the Nursing Process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will meet the physiological, psychosocial, spiritual, and developmental needs of patients across the lifespan. Collaborate closely with providers, nursing leadership, and support staff to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
