Support and grow At-Bay's core wholesale broker relationships while delivering a high level of service and responsiveness.

Underwrite and grow a book of business, helping to achieve profitability and risk goals.

Evaluate, price, and negotiate coverage terms and conditions for new and renewal business in alignment with underwriting guidelines and risk appetite.

Review and analyze risks within At-Bay's underwriting guidelines and maintain accurate underwriting documentation.

Partner with senior underwriters, cyber analytics, product, marketing, and other internal teams to deliver strong broker and client outcomes.

Contribute to underwriting process improvements by working with technology and data teams on tools and workflow enhancements.

Attributes and qualifications:

Approximately 13 years of underwriting experience in cyber liability and Tech E&O or specialty commercial insurance.

Solid understanding of specialty commercial underwriting principles and insurance industry practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex risks.

Comfortable working with technology and data-driven underwriting tools.

Technical aptitude; familiarity with concepts such as DNS, IP addresses, ports, databases, and networking is a strong plus.

Strong communication and relationship management skills with brokers and internal stakeholders.

Collaborative team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and support the broader team.
