Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

Enjoy a full-time contract opportunity working 37.5 hours per week across both an elementary and a middle school. This position welcomes skilled SLPs, including those with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, and professionals with a strong interest in pediatrics and school-based practice. Consideration may be available for VOCO (virtual/remote) work, allowing greater flexibility.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates also encouraged
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based therapy
• Expertise in evaluating and treating a diverse student population with communication disorders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Excellent time management and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals
• Collaborate with educators to create supportive, accessible learning environments
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Communicate clearly and regularly with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Serve students at both elementary and middle school levels, in-person or virtually if applicable
