We are seeking a reliable, hardworking team member to join our production team as a Blending Operator . This is a full-time, steady role for someone who is dependable, physically capable, and ready to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Details

• Pay: $20.00 / hour

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities & Working Conditions

• Perform raw material handling and mixing/blending duties throughout the shift.

• Comfortably and consistently work in an active, dusty, and dirty production environment.

• Maintain focus on safety, material accuracy, and daily production goals.

Requirements

• Physical Capability: Ability to repeatedly lift and batch 50-55 lb bags continuously throughout the shift.

• Dependability: Strong attendance and a reliable work ethic.

• Forklift Experience: Experience operating a forklift is a plus, but not required .
