Tire Road Service TechnicianBest One Tire & Service is a leading provider of products and services to trucking companies and related industries. We are urgently looking to add a Tire Road Service Technician to our Truck Tire Team in Weston, WV. This job is typically M-F from 8a - 4p.Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:Mount/Dismount/Installation of tires & tire/wheel assembliesLoading/Unloading tires on and off trucksTire repairEmergency Road ServicesWe Offer:Competitive wages starting at $17-18/hour (or more) depending on experience, frequent OT, and commissionFull-time, permanent position, with weekly payOpportunity for overtime and growth within the companyHealth Benefits: Medical, Dental Vision, Life insurance, and more401(k) Retirement Plan with Company matchingPaid Vacation and HolidaysAn Equal Opportunity EmployerDrug-Free WorkplaceRequirements:Availability to be on call on a rotating scheduleMinimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive repair technician, master technician, fleet mechanic or in a related roleASE Certification or Technical/Vocational education in related field is preferred, but not requiredOTR experience is a plus, not requiredWilling and able to work in a shop / warehouse environmentLift/move tires (up to 100lbs) with or without equipment, frequent bending and liftingOperate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forkliftsAt minimum 23 years old, possess a valid, insurable licenseAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkAbout S&S Tire: S&S Firestone, Inc., S&S Tire is headquartered in Lexington, KY, and has grown to become one of the largest independent tire dealerships in the country.
