Bath Fitter has been ranked among the Top 10 Home Remodeling Companies in the Nation for over a decade.Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven and experienced Installation Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure high-quality installations, and lead our installation and warehouse teams to success.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and supervise daily branch and installation operationsConduct a minimum of 5 weekly inspections to ensure installations meet company standardsEvaluate installation and customer service issues and drive timely resolutionMonitor and manage warehouse operations and inventory controlEnsure proper usage and accountability of company materials and suppliesOversee company vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and safety complianceLead and support installation teams to deliver outstanding customer experiencesQualifications3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume remodeling or construction environmentStrong knowledge of residential remodeling processes (bath, kitchen, or general construction)Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExperience in customer service managementBackground in supervising a warehouse or shop environment is a plusValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment screeningWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based bonus structureCompany vehicleCompany-provided toolsComprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision)401(k) with company supportStable, growing company with advancement opportunitiesApply TodayJoin a company with a proven track record of success and a reputation for quality.
