Salesforce Architect
Open Systems Technologies
Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. Define scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture patterns that align with business strategy and enterprise integration standards. Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, including data model, integration patterns, security, and identity management. Lead architectural decisions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Establish governance frameworks, design standards, and reusable patterns for development teams. Partner with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and risk requirements. Evaluate AppExchange products and third-party integrations for fit and risk. Mentor developers and review technical designs. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in an architect role. Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA preferred. Deep knowledge of large-scale integrations, identity management (SSO, OAuth), and data migration strategies. Financial services or banking domain experience is strongly preferred. Top 3 Must-Haves Deep Salesforce architecture expertise across multiple clouds (especially Sales, Service, and core platform) Strong integration and security design skills (identity, access, data protection, enterprise patterns) Proven leadership in governance and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams Top 2 Nice-To-Haves AppExchange/third-party product evaluation and vendor risk assessment experience Mentoring/coaching track record plus hands-on technical design review experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Open Systems Technologies
