Strategic Sales Executive

Position Summary As a Strategic Sales Executive, you will serve as a Comprehensive Solutions Account Executive within our Energy Services business, leading strategic selling efforts focused on delivering financially and sustainability-driven solution sales opportunities. Responsibilities Project Synthesis – Develop and manage processes for discovering client business needs, evaluating projects, aligning solutions, creating structured finance solutions, and converting leads into opportunities. Energy Services Project Strategy – Analyze macro market and finance trends, inform current offerings, monitor and engage clients, collaborate with regional teams, and maintain market‑oriented relationships. Regional Engagement – Build and sustain relationships with Regional Energy Services Sales Leaders & CSAs to support pipeline growth, project sizing, and creative structured finance approaches. Cross‑functional Collaboration – Work with Project Development, Energy Engineering, and Project Management teams to develop system‑related solutions, addressing financial and performance considerations. Travel and Site Visits – Travel to customer job sites as required, exposing the employee to variable weather, mechanical parts, heights, and other environmental conditions. Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree or 4‑8 years of executive selling experience (preferred); 5+ years’ executive sales experience in MUSH markets. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in public and/or private sectors. Proficiency in financial sales with long, complex, multi‑tiered sales cycles. Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers. Expertise in financial, legal, and technical deal‑structuring aspects with multiple buying influences. Outstanding communication skills; able to educate clients on costs, savings, investment opportunities, and long‑term options. Valid driver’s license in the state with no major or frequent traffic violations. Compensation Annual base salary range: $145,856.66–$248,200.00. Sales commission eligible: Yes.
