Key Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments based on each client's skincare goals
• Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analyses
• Recommend treatment plans and appropriate home-care products
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Maintain treatment rooms according to sanitation and infection-control standards
• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service
• Stay current on skincare products, techniques, and industry trends
• Collaborate with fellow estheticians and front desk staff to create an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Esthetician License (required)
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning preferred
• Experience with microneedling and chemical peels is a plus
• Ability to educate clients on treatment recommendations and home care
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Job Type: Part-time, Full-time

Flexible pay starting at $18.00 and based on experience
