Amavida is recruiting for a hospitality focused Food Runner to join our culinary team! This role is responsible for assisting in all areas of meal service and clean up. The food runner/server assistant will deliver food to the correct table and to the correct guest in a professional manner following established procedures. They must be knowledgeable in all menus and ingredients. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Food Runner: * Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner using proper serving etiquette. * Deliver meals to residents' rooms as needed. * Clear tables and collect dishes and kitchen utensils during mealtime. * Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. * Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards. * Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. * Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
