You'll partner closely with the Supply Chain Manager, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, and compliance with company quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate meal ordering and menu planning with a focus on fresh food productionLiaise with the Supply Chain Manager and suppliers to ensure specifications and delivery schedules are metMaintain up-to-date menu cycles and order adjustments to reflect operational needsSupport cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth communication between purchasing, production, and dispatch teamsMonitor and manage inventory levels for fresh food itemsEnsure menu accuracy and retrieve unused menus in the event of cancellations or discrepanciesContinuously look for opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service qualityQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Experience with AX or similar inventory or ERP systems (a plus)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Experience in a fresh food, catering, or supply chain coordination roleAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented, with a proactive and flexible approach to work
