Forklift Operator - Carlisle

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Carlisle. You will be responsible for operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers to safely transport, stack, and retrieve materials within a busy distribution center environment.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

Shift Schedule

Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm-3:30am, Four 10 hour shifts, 3 days off

Pay Rates

19.25 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

Must possess a valid forklift certification for reach trucks and cherry pickers.
Must have at least 1 year of experience operating industrial powered equipment in a warehouse setting.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers for high-rack storage retrieval.
Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and maintain safety logs.
Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures.
Strong attention to detail when picking and staging inventory to ensure order accuracy.

Role Responsibilities

Safely transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Stack and retrieve items from high-rack storage.
Perform routine equipment inspections.
Maintain accurate safety logs.
