Growth EngineerWe're looking for a Growth Engineer to join our team of early generalists who are passionate about driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue through engineering. You'll partner with our product, data, design, and marketing teams on building features and tools that brings Suno to millions of users.What You'll DoOwn projects end-to-end, from identifying opportunities through shipping and measuring results.Build and iterate across the full stack - frontend, backend, and data.Design and run A/B experiments, working closely with data science to interpret results.Create scalable and performant systems that support growth campaigns and initiatives.What You'll Need5+ years of experience or equivalent software engineering expertise.Deep experience with full-stack development.An ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.A bias toward shipping fast without sacrificing quality of code or user experience.Experience applying AI tools to new workflows and use cases beyond writing code.A love for music is a huge plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.Additional notes: Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.Location: This is an onsite role in our Chelsea, NYC office.CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is $160K – $250K + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401k)Perks & Benefits for Full-Time EmployeesCompany Equity Package401(k) with 3% Employer Match & Roth 401(k)Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (PPO w/ HSA & FSA options)11 Paid Holidays + Unlimited PTO & Sick Time16 Weeks of Paid Parental LeaveCreative Education StipendGenerous Commuter AllowanceIn-Office Lunch (5 days per week)Suno is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
