**Full Time & PRN Positions Available**

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations of patients with speech and language disorders to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and rehabilitation services to clients, focusing on improving communication skills and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans based on outcomes and feedback.
• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home practice to support recovery.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy curriculum recognized by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA).
• Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a speech/language pathologist.
• Experience in conducting Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS); Vital Stim certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment, adapting to varied patient needs.
