You'll help people with their money, make sure transactions are accurate, and recommend services that can help them meet their goals. It's a great way to learn about banking, customer service, and teamwork while building your professional skills.The typical schedule will be occasional part-time (10-20 hours/week) during the school year & part-time/full-time (30-40 hours/week) during the Summer.What You'll Do:Help customers understand their financial optionsRecommend bank products based on customer needsGreet and assist customers with a positive, friendly attitudeProcess everyday banking transactions—cashing checks, making deposits, and withdrawalsWork closely with your teammates to keep the branch running smoothlySkills You'll Use and Grow:Friendly attitude and strong people skillsAbility to work with computers and basic software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsClear communication by phone, email, and in personAbility to stay calm and helpful—even when things get busyDependability, attention to detail, and pride in your workWillingness to learn new things and take on challengesThis is a fully on-site role; remote work is not available.
