This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, including hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and more. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA, but we will also consider remote applicants. Responsibilities Represent healthcare companies in False Claims Act litigation, federal and state investigations, government enforcement actions, and other complex civil disputes. Collaborate with members of the Complex Disputes, Healthcare, and Government Investigations & White Collar Defense teams both in California and nationwide. Handle significant litigation tasks, including writing pleadings, briefs, declarations, and memoranda. Manage projects, litigation processes, and client interactions effectively. Utilize e-discovery skills and document management platforms proficiently. Navigate complex healthcare regulatory environments, including familiarity with federal and California healthcare fraud and abuse laws. Requirements At least three years of litigation experience. Exceptional writing and project management skills. Experience with e-discovery and information management platforms. Background in representing healthcare entities and understanding healthcare regulatory environments. Willingness to take ownership of assigned matters, projects, and tasks. Clerkship and/or relevant federal or state agency experience preferred. Salary and Benefits Annual Salary Range: $250,000 to $350,000 Standard benefits package Additional contingent compensation based on work performance, geographic location, experience, education, and qualifications.
