Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full Time

Join as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Make a Difference We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide expert respiratory care in neonatal, pediatric, and critical care settings. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive patient care based on physician orders, assessing patient conditions, managing ventilators and life-support equipment, assisting with diagnostic procedures, educating patients and families, and developing care plans. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, participation in rounds, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring patient safety by adhering to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited respiratory program, current state license, NBRC registration, BLS certification, and possibly NRP and PALS certifications. Preferred candidates hold a bachelor's degree, neonatal/pediatric ICU experience, and NPS credential.
