Therapy - RRT Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT-NICU Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required licensure Certifications: BLS, NRP, RRT, PALS Must-Have: NICU experience Skills in extubation, intubation assist, and airway management Proficient in CPAP, BiPAP, and troubleshooting high pressure alarms Description:The unit does not accept CRT.The traveler is expected to work every other weekend.There is no on-call requirement.Floating within facility/scope of practice may be required.Travelers must be compliant with all requirements to start on time.If not compliant in time, the start date may be pushed back by two weeks due to orientation scheduling.Coordination of holidays during the assignment is mandatory.If one major holiday falls during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work it.If two major holidays occur, the traveler must work both.For three major holidays, the traveler is expected to work two.Compliance with onboarding items/labs is required.Non-billable hours for modules vary by specialty and assignments.All compliance documents must be submitted within the stated deadlines.All requests for time off must be finalized prior to submission.No time-off requests can be made after the offer or during orientation week.Candidates must complete 13 hours of training as part of the onboarding process. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
