LHH is excited to partner with a national healthcare organization to find a dedicated Front Office Receptionist for several medical clinics in North County San Diego, including San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, and Rancho Bernardo. Key Duties:

• Greet patients and staff warmly as they arrive at the facility.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Schedule appointments both over the phone and in person.
• Collect insurance details and identification cards.
• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
• Review, organize, and file both paper and electronic medical records.
• Support clerical needs such as data entry, printing, faxing, and scanning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation

Work Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, 5 days, 8-hour shifts
• Must be available between 6:30 am 10:30 pm
• Weekends required

Compensation:

• Pay rate: $25 per hour
