Job Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Associate Attorney or Law Clerk (Pending Bar Admission) based in our Austin office with great flexibility with a hybrid WFO/WFA schedule. Ideal candidates will be ready to quickly learn an array of assignments and assume responsibilities in a diverse range of matters. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly navigate between providing support to our attorneys. This teammate should be highly organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are seeking a self-starter who is self-disciplined, has exceptional multitasking abilities and is comfortable working both remotely and in a collaborative office setting. Knowledge of and comfort using technology is an absolute necessity. Candidates must have reliable transportation. You will solve problems, review and draft agreements, work on acquisition deals, and actively litigate cases.
