Production Lead - 3rd Shift

We are seeking a hands-on, motivated 3rd Shift Production Lead to support and guide production operations within a Hudsonville, MI manufacturing company. In this role, you’ll lead a team, assist machine operators, perform quality inspection checks, utilize computer systems, and create labels while ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards remain high. You’ll play a key role in training team members, improving processes, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys leading by example, solving problems on the floor, and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team. What the Job Entails: Provide leadership to a small production team Operate machines Assist in troubleshooting machines Enter data into computer systems Create labels with accuracy Perform quality checks Ensure production timelines are met Provide training for new and existing employees. Ensure work areas are consistently organized, safe, and efficient.
