Physical Therapist

This role is a 13-week local travel physical therapist assignment in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery. The position offers competitive weekly pay up to $2,550 and the opportunity for contract extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards
• Promote patient safety and quality care throughout the rehabilitation process

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of one year of Physical Therapist experience
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent time management and documentation skills
