Formulator - 1st Shift

Mon-Wed: 06:00 am - 06:00 pm, Thur 6:00am - 11:30am

Formulator Responsibilities:

• Manufacture products according to approved formulas and production specifications.
• Maintain accurate batch records and all required production documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and barrel handlers.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control activities.
• Thoroughly clean manufacturing equipment after each production run.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and maintenance concerns prior to operation.
• Understand and operate equipment required to mix products according to formulation requirements.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maximize production output.

Requirements for Formulator:

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or applicable manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3.5 days per week, with overtime as needed.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and complete documentation accurately.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averaging.
• Preferred experience in food or feed manufacturing environments.
• Preferred experience operating blending or packaging equipment.
