Material Handler

Talascend is currently seeking a Material Handler for a contract opportunity with our client in Odessa, Texas .


Overview


This role involves handling materials and supporting logistical operations within the facility to ensure efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.


Responsibilities

• Handle and organize materials within the warehouse or storage areas
• Assist in inventory management and stock organization
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work environment
• Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or materials handling role
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
