About the Role B&K Auto Tags is seeking an

Office & Operations Associate

to support our day-to-day workflow, assist customers and car dealer partners. This is a hands-on role that blends customer facing interaction, data entry, and general operational support. Great for someone who likes variety, communicates well, and is inspired by collaborating with others.

Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers and dealership partners with their title and registration needs Process paperwork, data entry, and daily transactions Keep track of incoming and in-progress work to maintain smooth workflow Communicate with teammates throughout the day Handle inquiries, requests, and time-sensitive tasks Support overall office organization and processes

What We’re Looking For Collaborative and communicative

— not someone who prefers to work in isolation. Willing to use social skills to gain, retain & foster client relationships. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable, adaptable, and willing to jump into different tasks as needed Auto titling & registration experience is a plus but

not required
