You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Track supports our business, ensuring its integrity, reliability, and alignment with evolving needs. Working closely with stakeholders across the company, you’ll drive improvements that enhance compliance, efficiency, and value creation. Your expertise will be central to connecting people, processes, and technology for better outcomes. Procurement System Lead will report to the Procurement Director for Transformation and Analytics, and be based at our headquarters in Wichita, KS. This role requires the ability to travel up to 15% of the time and will include overnight stays. What You Will DoUnderstand functionality of Track System and how to capture, vet and settle labor, per diem, materials, and equipment with our suppliers.Maintain system/data integrity by managing master data and ensuring proper setup and compliance across the enterprise systemsSupport alignment between Track and Coupa by helping ensure that contractor costs, invoices, and approvals flow accurately between systemsSupport the site timekeeping resources in their daily activities.Provide backup coverage to the Coupa System Lead for vacation, travel, and sick time.Develop, manage, and maintain key internal stakeholder and external relationships, seeking constructive feedback to improve the processIdentify trends, root causes, and opportunities to reduce value leakage, improve process efficiency and enhance financial controlsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)1+ years of business experience in an accounting, procurement, supply chain, or systems-centric roleDemonstrated experience to facilitating meetings and presenting to groupsMust be available for on-call rotations including nights, weekends, and holidaysThis role is not eligible for VISA sponsorshipWhat Will Put You AheadServices procurement experienceExperience with MCI Track, Coupa, or other ERP/Procurement SystemsProven ability to identify, communicate and implement process and technology improvement to deliver valueAbility to extract, transform and analyze large amounts of dataAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
