Manufacturing Production Technician

We’re hiring to keep up with our growth & expansion in our Champaign location. Shift Nights 6:45pm – 7:15am Standard rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off 2 long‑weekends per month Full time is 15 working days per month Pay $21 per hour + $1.00 more per hour for night shift Earn $22 per hour We Offer Consistent Schedules Job Security Clean & Climate‑Controlled Facility Career Growth You Will Operate extrusion, injection or blow‑molding machines & equipment. Monitor & adjust machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure). Complete basic machine maintenance. Check product quality. Participate in training to learn new skills. You Have Ability to work a 12 hour shift on our 3‑2‑2‑3 regular schedule cycle with every other weekend off. Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a high‑volume production environment. Minimum of 1 year of experience operating manufacturing machines & equipment. Basic hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical knowledge. Strong problem‑solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
