Weekend Operations Specialist [On-Site]

Our Operations Team is looking for an energetic and competitive Weekend Operations Specialist who is willing to go the extra mile with our customer service for carriers & sales team. Operations Specialists will collaborate with Carrier Sales and Customer Sales reps to bring cost-effective strategies and elevated service to our customers' shipping/receiving departments. This is an on-site position in Grand Rapids, MI - FRIDAY-MONDAY.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtaining shipment updates from contractors
• High-volume phone and email outreach
• Negotiating rates with contractors (carrier sales)
• Providing updates and solutions to team members
• General Data Entry

COMPENSATION:

Annual Salary: $60,000

QUALIFICATIONS:

A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
