Clinical Nurse Coordinator- General Medical Telemetry - Evening/Night Rotation

Hourly Pay Range $43.69 - $67.72 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator – General Medical Telemetry Location: Glenbrook Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, Evening and Night Shift Rotation Hours: 40 Required Travel: N/A Required Qualifications License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR certification required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in an appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred. Responsibilities Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experiences. Manage day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput. Assume direct patient care when necessary. Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in specific clinical care areas. Guide and direct a team of caregivers in providing high-quality, individualized care to patients and families while preparing them for discharge. Guide staff development by teaching, mentoring, and counseling new and experienced staff on clinical and customer service skills. Takes lead on clinical performance management.
