Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year Call Center Experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Handles telephone and face-to-face customer contact at reception desk
• Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to the queries and concerns
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information
• Maintain client and member confidentiality
• Mail handling & other clerical duties
• Other duties as assigned

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a Third-Party Administrator
• Medical/Dental/Vision Health Payer experience
• Ability to speak multiple languages
