As a Caregiver at BrighStar Care of Boise, you aren't just assisting with tasks—you're helping our neighbors live with dignity and joy. Your daily impact includes:

• Empowering Independence: You'll support clients with their daily routines, including grooming, dressing, and mobility, helping them feel their best every day.
• Being the Eyes & Ears: You'll play a vital role in health monitoring by observing vitals and behaviors, ensuring our healthcare team has the accurate info they need to provide top-tier care.
• Safety & Wellness: You'll handle medication administration with care and precision, all while keeping client privacy (HIPAA) a top priority.
• Culinary Care: Use your creativity to plan and prepare nutritious meals that aren't just "dietary-compliant" but actually delicious and tailored to their tastes.
• Creating a Sanctuary: You'll help maintain a peaceful, tidy, and safe home environment through light housekeeping and organized care.
• Expert Mobility: Use your skills with specialized equipment (like Hoyer or resident lifts) to ensure every transfer is safe, smooth, and comfortable.
• Advocacy through Documentation: Your careful notes and updated care plans ensure that as a client's needs change, our care changes with them.

What You Bring to the Team:

We're looking for caregivers who are as skilled as they are compassionate. Our ideal teammate has:

• A Solid Foundation: Experience in home health, assisted living, or memory care settings.
• The "Caregiver Instinct": A sharp eye for patient observation and a heart for those navigating Dementia, Alzheimer's, or developmental disabilities.
• Professional Integrity: A deep understanding of HIPAA and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Physical Strength & Grace: The ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate mobility aids with ease.
• Connection: Strong communication skills to build trust with families, clients, and your fellow healthcare pros.
• Extra Credits: If you're certified in CPR, First Aid, or Assistance with Medication, you're already a step ahead!
