Healthcare IT Project Analyst — Lead Strategic Initiatives

IT Project Analyst The Project Analyst position oversees a variety of projects within the healthcare technology domain, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, clinical objectives, and regulatory standards. This role focuses on prioritizing work as part of a larger portfolio of initiatives, optimizing resource allocation, driving strategic value through project deliverables, and seeking to innovate process through change. The ideal candidate has a background in IT project management or analysis, healthcare systems, and cross‑functional collaboration. Location Cincinnati, OH, United States Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience required. Responsibilities Project Development and Management Lead IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and deliverables. Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software development, business analysts, QA teams, and external vendors. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with clinical teams and stakeholders, operational teams and stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project success. Serve as main point of contact for all project‑related matters, addressing concerns and making necessary adjustments. Data Collection and Reporting Collect, analyze, and report on program data to track performance metrics and outcomes that align to departmental KPIs and organizational KPIs. Prepare regular reports for senior management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored according to internal standards. Budget and Resource Management Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and within budget. Monitor expenditures, ensure cost control measures are in place, and recommend adjustments as necessary. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure portfolios adhere to healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Identify potential risks and issues related to program implementation and delivery, taking corrective actions when needed. Training and Development Provide training and support to staff involved in program delivery to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
