As a Concierge at AdviniaCare Venice, you will be the first point of contact with our clients in the office, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our talented staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform essential front desk administrative duties, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the office budget
• Keep the office running smoothly and facilitate an organized and efficient work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of resident and employee information
• Assist with supply management, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-line phone systems and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Great customer service skills
• Experience with supply management
• Experience with office equipment (fax machines, copiers, etc.)
